The solution unified pension contribution capture, eligibility validation, benefit calculation, and disbursement processes, and integrated them seamlessly with our core financial functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and budgeting. Open Firms also delivered a comprehensive pensioner-service and case-management layer that gave us a 360° view of each pensioner, covering digital onboarding and registration, service-request and complaint management, change of bank and address, survivorship and bereavement handling, pension suspension/reinstatement, and full status tracking for every request.
A secure self-service portal now enables pensioners to access statements, submit proof-of-life, upload supporting documents, update their personal details, and raise service requests online, which has significantly reduced walk-in traffic and call-centre load. The platform is integrated in real time with the Civil Pension Fund and the Royal Oman Police via an API gateway, ensuring consistent, up-to-date data across all entities.
